Zombies! Revisited

Last year, a bunch of my wonderful friends humored me – as they always do and for which I am extremely grateful – and helped me put together a Zombie Attack Preparedness Workout (ZAP). With Halloween just a few days away, it’s not a bad idea to brush up on the skills you need to outlast the undead.

    Paleo Czeck Meatballs, that's what! Made them last night, my girlfriend loved them. I'm not a huge caraway fan, though she is, but I liked them enough to have 4 and have a few for lunch… 😉 Really liked the simple cabbage side as well. Great meal mel!


    P.S.- Have you ever thought about compiling all your tasty dinochow into a book or something? We were in Kroger buying ingredients, and we saw several cookbooks on sale. After flipping through them, and finding nothing healthy to eat, it occured to me that that would be a badass cookbook. Just a thought.
