Skills

3 X [10 back squats + 2:00 rest]
My numbers: OH squats: 45 – 55 -60 / back squats: 110 – 110 – 110

WOD
800m run
7 X [5 unbroken overhead squats 45# + 5 kipping pullups, blue band]
800m run
My time: 16:54. That last 800m? BRUTAL.
