50 consecutive reps of each:
DB or KB swings
DB or KB push press
The last time I did this workout was at a Crystal Bootcamp, and it took me 27 minutes. Whew!
Feel free to switch up the order of the exercises, and if you don’t have a bar for the knees-to-elbows, you can do them in the pushup position instead… or replace them with mountain climbers. See? There’s a beautiful gift of CrossFit scaling and substitution for you. Don’tcha just love the holidays?!
